Apart from award winning simulations, we also conduct workshops for our clients on topics such as LEGO Serious Play, Presentation Skills and Design Thinking Workshop. 

These workshops are gamified to increase the interaction and engagement levels of participants. At the end of the workshop, participants walk away with a valuable lessons from the workshop that can be applied directly in their workplace to produce significant results.

All of our workshops range from 1 to 1.5 days and is packed with interactive activities and also objectives that participants have to reach at the end of the programs. 


 LEGO SERIOUS PLAY WORKSHOP

In LEGO Serious Play (LSP), the LEGO bricks serve as a common language that anyone can use, regardless of their education, position or culture. This ensures that everybody’s knowledge and insights are surfaced.

 LSP produces more concrete ideas and results, because everyone has time to build his or her answers and input before conversation and knowledge sharing begin. LSP method is meant to create shared values in the team, and because it is a hands-on activity, it will be saved in long-term memory.

KEY LEARNINGS OF LEGO SERIOUS PLAY:

•Identify steps in setting clear and aspirational goals which inspires participants.

•Identify the behaviouralelements needed for ownership of the set goal and direction.

•Establish leadership clarity for a cohesive motivating message for the team.

•Agree on the required team operating principles necessary for achieving the key results

PRESENTATION SKILLS WORKSHOP

Think Codex’s Presentation Skills Workshop divides participants into teams where they develop and design impactful presentations in various formats using storytelling methods.

This will involve crafting clear and engaging stories that are capable of influencing stakeholders, which are then presented by the teams in multiple rounds of varied presentation formats to an audience. 

Theory download and reflection sessions will be conducted in bite-sized chunks throughout the program with a full debrief session held at the end of the program to tie back all the participants’ experiences with the lessons learned.

DESIGN THINKING WORKSHOP

Think Codex’s Design Thinking Workshop divides participants into teams where they will partake in a hackathon involving a business challenge that they will need to complete using design thinking methods used by top international design thinking consultancies. 

This will involve understanding the challenge and developing a minimum viable product/service at the end of the hackathon. Theory download and reflection sessions will be conducted in bite-sized chunks throughout the program with a full debrief session held at the end of the program to tie back all the participants’ experiences with the lessons learned.
